The Azienda Agricola Carbonetti is a small family firm, with organic management, founded in May 2009 in the the town of Maiolati Spontini with the objective of producing primarily extra virgin olive oil.

I am, Marina Carbonetti, the responsible for the operation and organization of every phase of activity.I could not have accomplished the establishment of our business without practical help, moral support and the continued encouragement of my husband along with the enthusiasm and the willingness of my children. No less important was the contribution of our parents, with their helpful advise and experience based on their vast knowledge of the land and its traditions.

Work, discipline at every stage of the process, respect for nature and it’s laws, passion, perseverance and determination are our strengths. These core values have given our products superior quality features, appreciated, recognized and certified by many experts in the field. Our organic oil is extracted from olives harvested exclusively in our olive grove to provide customers with absolute certainty of its origins.
